Refund policy

We have a 14-day returns policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unopened or unused, with tags attached and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@supermoto24.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us at info@supermoto24.com with any questions regarding returns.

 

General information

(1) Every buyer is entitled to return their received items (exceptions see below) to sutter mobility within 14 days. Explicitly excluded from this are items declared as outlet goods.

(2) For returns, the items must be sent back in a hygienically perfect condition, otherwise the right to return will lapse.

(3) In the case of returns, the shipping costs incurred by sutter mobility will be charged to the buyer or deducted from the refund amount (even in the case of free shipping of the order).

(4) The return costs and the risk must be borne by the buyer.

 

1 Return of goods

Goods can only be returned and refunded if

  • the original packaging is present
  • the original label has not been removed.
  • the textiles/shoes show no signs of wear.
  • the item was purchased no more than 14 days ago.

The postage costs and the process of returning the respective products to us are the full responsibility of the applicant and the postage costs for the return will not be refunded.

Returns and refunds are not possible if

  • the original packaging is missing
  • the accessories are missing
  • the products are personalized
  • the products are outlet products
  • consumables are open (oils, greases, cleaners, cloths, etc.)
  • it concerns items such as vouchers like physical gift cards and electronic online gift vouchers
  • it is foodstuffs
  • the clothing shows signs of use (odor, stains, etc.)

 

2 Damage and problems

Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or you receive the wrong item so that we can assess and correct the problem.

 

3 Replacements

The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and if the return is accepted, purchase the new item separately.

 

4 Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If the refund is approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
