Shipping costs vary depending on weight
of the package and the destination country. Below you will find the standard prices. Per

Customers in the shipping zone Switzerland , Germany and Europe occasionally benefit from free shipping to a delivery address within the shipping zones mentioned.

General information on shipping

Shipping days

Shipping takes place on weekdays except on Swiss public holidays and/or cantonal public holidays
Lucerne.

Shipping service provider

We ship with the logistics service providers Swiss Post / DHL / dpd / FedEx. The selection of the
Shipping service provider depends on the delivery address provided.

Type of package

We generally send all of our packages insured and with a tracking number that can be tracked with the respective logistics service provider.

delivery time

The delivery time depends on the product with the longest delivery time in your order. Basically
we make partial deliveries.

Increased delivery times must currently be expected.

  • Switzerland : 5-10 working days
  • Germany : 5-10 working days
  • Europe : 10-20 working days
  • Ireland / UK : 10-20 working days
  • EFTA / Northern Europe : 10-20 working days
  • USA / Canada : up to 30 business days
  • Australia / New Zealand : up to 30 working days
  • Rest of World : up to 30 working days

For deliveries to third countries (=outside the EU), any applicable customs/import fees will be charged
Recipient must pay directly to the shipping service provider / the relevant authorities.

If a product is unexpectedly unavailable or there are delays, customer service will inform you immediately.

We generally offer the following payment methods, depending on the country you are ordering from
individual payment methods may not be available:

1 credit card

Credit/debit card payment is available worldwide and there are no fees
Payment. If you make your payment using a foreign (=non-Swiss) credit/debit card, fees may apply, which you must bear. During the ordering process you will be redirected directly to your credit card company.

After completing the process, you will be redirected back to our checkout page to complete the ordering process
to complete.

2 Shop Pay

This payment method is available worldwide and there are no additional fees. Shop Pay is an expedited checkout that allows you to save your email address, credit card information, and shipping and billing information. The principle and the payment providers are the same as point 1 “Credit card”.

3 advance payment

Advance payment is available worldwide and there are no fees when transferring from domestic bank accounts. If you are making your transfer from a foreign (=non-Swiss) country
If you use a bank account, fees may apply, which you must bear.

After ordering, you transfer the total amount within seven days in advance to our bank account listed in the checkout and in the order confirmation. If we do not receive the money within this period, your order will be automatically canceled.

Please note the following things when making your transfer:

  • Please always state your order number (starting with SM...) as the intended purpose.
  • Make a separate transfer for each order

Collective transfers for multiple orders cannot be allocated automatically, which is why it will take longer for your orders to ship.

Did you accidentally order something wrong? We can adjust prepayment orders later because your order will only be released for shipping once your payment has been received.

4 PayPal

This payment method is available worldwide and you will not be charged any fees. With us
you can pay safely and easily via PayPal. During the ordering process you will be redirected directly to PayPal.

Register with PayPal or use your existing PayPal account and pay for your order with us quickly and securely. If payment is successful, we will immediately receive payment confirmation from PayPal and can continue processing your order immediately.

After completing the process, you will be redirected back to our checkout page to complete the ordering process
to complete. Did the payment not work? No problem, payment via PayPal is also possible afterwards to admin@supermoto24.ch.

5 Amazon Pay

Temporarily unavailable!

With Amazon Pay you can pay no matter where you are and there are no additional fees. Pay quickly and easily using the payment method stored in your Amazon account.

If your payment has failed, you can subsequently transfer the invoice amount manually via
Send PayPal to the following account: admin@supermoto24.ch . You must select “Goods & Services” as your payment type – not “Friends & Family” please. Please include the order number (starting with SM...) as the intended use/comment.

Delays

We generally ship as quickly as possible after receipt of payment, but depending on order volume, it may take 1-2 working days after receipt of payment until we hand over your order to our shipping service provider. Please allow this period before contacting our support regarding shipping.

Refunds

In principle, we always issue refunds using the payment method that was originally paid
- if this is not technically possible in individual cases, we will contact you.
