Do you want to exchange a product?

If you would like to exchange an item, please order it again from the store in the correct size/color and follow the instructions below to return the incorrect item. This ensures that you can immediately see which sizes and colors we still have in stock. Then you will receive your desired product in no time and you can start stunting straight away!

Do you want to return a product?

You can return your entire order or individual products/items within 14 days of receiving the goods. (see right of withdrawal and withdrawal form).

You are responsible for the costs of returning the item to us (unless we made a mistake when ordering). We recommend that you send the return package insured, otherwise you will be responsible for the damage in the event of loss or damage. The prerequisite for a return is that the product arrives at us in proper/original condition, i.e. unused and carefully packaged.

That's how it's done:

  • Submit a return request to info@supermoto24.ch
  • Follow the instructions from info@supermoto24.ch
  • Please indicate which products you are returning and why.
  • If you no longer have the delivery note, please enclose a handwritten note with your order number and, if you have it, your customer number as well as the return instructions (refund or exchange, if the latter, please specify the desired item) in the package.

Did you receive a defective product?

If you received a defective product, please contact us
Before returning the product, please contact our customer service directly - if possible by email to info@supermoto24.ch - and send us pictures of the damage to the item as well as the associated order number or your customer number. If you have any questions, please also send us a telephone number
we can reach you if necessary.

Customer service will review the case as quickly as possible and will contact you regarding further action.

If there is a defect in the product, we will return the defective product and exchange it if possible. If a direct exchange is not possible, our customer service will offer you alternative products or a refund.
